At Artflex Canvas, every piece of wall art—including our canvases, framed canvases, acrylic prints, and premium wooden framed posters—is custom printed and hand-crafted to order specifically for you.
Because all items are produced on demand, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, we stand behind our craft 100%. If there is an issue with transit damage, material defects, or print quality, we will happily make it right with an immediate free replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because we utilize an automated print-on-demand fulfillment process, orders route directly to our print facilities and can enter production within minutes of purchase.
• Immediate Contact: If you change your mind or need to make an adjustment, contact us immediately at support@artflexcanvas.com with your order number.
• Production Cutoff: We can only cancel or modify orders before they enter production. Once an order reaches "In Production" or has printed, it cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded.
• Double-Check Details: Please review your artwork size, frame color, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged from transit or exhibits a printing flaw, please notify us within 30 days of delivery at support@artflexcanvas.com.
To help us process your claim immediately, please provide:
• Order Number: Along with the email address used at checkout.
• Artwork Photo: A clear photo showing the damaged or defective area.
• Packaging Photo: A clear photo of the outside shipping box and packing materials.
• Shipping Label: A legible photo showing the carrier shipping label on the package.
• 100% Free Replacement: Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary reprint and priority replacement shipped directly to you at zero cost.
• No Return Shipping Hassle: You will never be required to mail damaged pieces back to us. We won't make you deal with a trip to the post office or heavy boxes.
• Refunds: If a replacement cannot be provided, refunds are processed back to your original payment method for the full purchase price.
Please keep your items and outer packaging until we have confirmed your request is complete.
A Note on Color & Screen Displays
Because every computer monitor and mobile screen displays colors slightly differently, the tones on your physical print may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We print strictly to precise artist specifications to ensure the highest integrity of the artwork, and natural monitor variance is not considered a manufacturing defect.
