Thank you for choosing Artflex Canvas. Because our wall art is custom-printed to order specifically for you, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns and refunds. Please review our terms below.
1. 365-Day Quality Guarantee (One-Year Warranty)
We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Artflex Canvas provides a one-year (365-day) warranty covering any manufacturing defects or quality issues.

What is covered: Structural integrity of frames, fading beyond natural expectations, or delamination of acrylic/metal bonds.

What is not covered: Damage caused by improper hanging, accidents, liquid spills, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions (sunlight, moisture, etc.).
2. No Returns for Change of Mind
All items are custom-printed on demand. Production begins the moment your order is placed. Because we do not hold physical inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

You changed your mind about the design or aesthetic.

You ordered the incorrect size (please refer to our size charts before purchasing).

You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We want you to love your art! If your order arrives damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect (such as printing errors or structural issues), we will provide a free replacement at no cost to you.

To be eligible: You must contact us at support@artflexcanvas.com within 30 days of delivery.

To start a replacement for a damaged or defective item, simply email us at support@artflexcanvas.com

Required Documentation: Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging (showing the shipping label).
When we validate a quality claim and approve a replacement, we simply send you a new product without requiring the original to be sent back.This applies to all our quality guarantee situations - damaged products, design issues, or other validated problems.4. Lost Package If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please contact your local carrier first. If the package is deemed lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with our printing partners to secure a replacement for you.5. Cancellations Our automated system sends orders to production almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the printing process, it can no longer be canceled or modified6.Refunds In the rare event that a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
